"I believe the lady who help me was Armani (she the student that made acommendations for my disorder of BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo). The entire experience from beginning to end was exceptional! She was very polite, and throughful! Ask me if I needed to use the restroom before we got started, always double check the temperature of the towels, help me adjust so that I could enjoy the steam. Explained every product she used and told me if at anytime I felt discomfort to let her know. Overall the experience was not what I expected as I have never had a facial. I definitely recommend coming to Elavate. If she is not available still come because all the staff for what I could tell just by watching while waiting and walking through had good vibes. I will definitely be back to try other services they offer."
